Colt at More than a Fad

More Than a Fad provided Colt with an internship at one of their many locations throughout the city. Colt had an interest in working in a warehouse and More Than a Fad provided him with various tasks to help him accomplish his goals. Colt was responsible for receiving, sorting and stocking donations for the store all with a great attitude.

As an Inclusive Employer, More Than a Fad provided its own organized training allowing Colt to get a sense of the onboarding process for all employees and volunteers. This is a great experience for our Employment Readiness Program participants to provide a realistic experience for their future endeavors.
