Alex at World Financial Group

Alex spent time communicating, researching and implementing a project with his Inclusive Employer to learn more about the business and the components needed to set them up for success.

Alex spent time researching and building a document that would store important data. His role was to harvest data from 5 different sites and sources all into one document. Data entry tasks often need detail-oriented and laser-focused attention, which Alex displayed in his work. There was great communication between Alex and his team in order to foster this working relationship. There is a lot of independent work with data entry but Alex knew when to ask questions and when to review his work with the team.
