ACI Architecture
Incorporated in Edmonton in 1991, ACI is proudly celebrating 30 years of business.
Comprised of five principals and thirty-five staff, our team includes architects, designers, intern architects, technologists, interior designers and contract administrators, delivering projects that range between $200K and $40M in construction value. Much of our work is awarded through repeat clients with whom developing a relationship of trust is priority one. In Alberta our projects are located from High Level to Lethbridge – we travel eagerly to serve clients in all corners of the province. We also have several projects underway in British Columbia and Saskatchewan.
Many projects we undertake, whether public or private sector, are demanding and complex, often encumbered by tight budgets and strict schedule requirements. We cultivate and maintain close working relationships with several regional and national construction firms and have a proven record of cooperative joint-venture work when the unique demands of a project require non-traditional approaches to delivery.
We have developed strategies to control building quality, cost, and delivery, and believe strongly that a key element to success is substantive participation of the client as an integral part of the team. No one advances in a vacuum to develop a solution, we manage projects so that all parties have pride in the result and reward from the process.
